Wie bekomme ich meine Sammlung auf ein neues iPhone?
Über das iCloud-Backup. Ist es unter Ich › iCloud-Backup eingeschaltet, liegt deine Sammlung in deiner iCloud. Melde dich auf dem neuen iPhone mit demselben Apple Account an und öffne die App. Sie fragt dann, ob sie die Sammlung übernehmen soll.
Brauche ich ein Konto?
Nein. Eintragen, Scannen und Tauschen per QR-Code funktionieren ohne Konto und ohne Internet. Nur wenn du den Stand deiner Freunde jederzeit sehen willst, legst du ein Freundesprofil in iCloud an. Dafür reichen ein Spitzname und ein Emoji. Passwort oder E-Mail-Adresse brauchst du nicht.
Die App erkennt eine Albumseite nicht richtig.
Fotografiere die ganze Seite gerade von oben, bei gutem Licht und ohne Spiegelungen. Bei unsicheren Stickern fragt die App nach. Klappt es bei einer Seite gar nicht, nenne sie im Formular unten.
Wo trage ich Sticker ohne Nummer ein?
Unter Hinzufügen bei „Keine Nummer drauf?“. Dort findest du die Trikots und die Gewinnsticker.
Wie lösche ich mein Freundesprofil?
Im Tab Ich über „Profil löschen“. Das entfernt Spitzname, Freundescode, Freundesliste und deine geteilte Stickerliste aus iCloud. Deine Sammlung auf dem iPhone bleibt erhalten.
Common questions
How do I get my collection onto a new iPhone?
Through the iCloud backup. If it’s on under Me › iCloud backup, your collection is in your iCloud. Sign in on the new iPhone with the same Apple Account and open the app. It then asks whether to use that collection.
Do I need an account?
No. Adding, scanning and swapping by QR code work without an account and without internet. Only if you want to see your friends’ progress at any time do you create a friends profile on iCloud. A nickname and an emoji are all it takes. No password or email address needed.
The app doesn’t read an album page correctly.
Take the photo of the whole page straight from above, in good light and without reflections. The app asks about stickers it isn’t sure of. If a page doesn’t work at all, name it in the form below.
Where do I add stickers without a number?
Under Add in “No number on it?”. That’s where you find the jerseys and the prize stickers.
How do I delete my friends profile?
On the Me tab, with “Delete profile”. This removes your nickname, friend code, friends list and shared sticker list from iCloud. Your collection on your iPhone stays as it is.
